I have been working on a book for some time now. I have many new and exciting ideas for the book, but I guess I lack motivation to get it done in a timely manner. I get tons of great ideas form my over-imaginative kids, who used to think that the Star War movies were real and took place about a hundred years ago. They also think that Spiderman, Batman, and the superhero gang are real people, or were at least modelled after them. After repeatedly telling them that it is just the creative imagination of some really depraved souls, they then told me that they had some ideas for heroes. This included Invisi-Man, whose main purpose in life was to keep superheroes in line when they started getting a God Complex; Computo, who was not really human but a virus in the computer; and Water-Boy. Water-Boy was too complex a creature, because he had gills, lungs, a membership to Mensa so he could mock their inferiority, and about three hundred brothers and sisters that were just fish. They followed him in water, causing trouble and generally over-populating the oceans, streams, rivers, etc. Water-Boy also had a few super-hero buddies, who all had new and improved ideas on how to run the world, and did their best to see it take place. I never did write any of this down, but the kids and I sure do have some great bedtime stories!!!
